Nagsimula ang Kirks sa loob ng isang condominium sa Paranaque City, serving only our neighbors. The store is located sa clubhouse and pool area. We offer a variety of snacks to cater to the pool-goers. Opening a food stall inside the condominium was a risky gamble. However, we seized the opportunity to invest our time and effort into experimenting with various concepts. Ito ang aming first food concept kaya maraming trials and errors. It serves as our training ground. Hanggang sa marealized namin na hindi magwowork for us kung madami kami inooffer sa isang maliit na market.

CHICKEN ON STICKS

After few months of offering various snacks, we decided to focus na lang sa isang produkto. Ang produktong pwede pang snack, lunch, or dinner, pwedeng pang-solo lang, couple, or family. Pwede sa mga bata, students, young adults hanggang sa mga seniors, pwedeng on the go, ipanghanda sa kahit anong okasyon o ipampasalubong. And since our son, Kirk loves fried chicken, we decided to focus on fried chicken. Who doesn't love fried chicken.
